Knobloch Strings reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. The Terms applicable to an order will be those in effect at the time the order is placed.

These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern the contractual relationship between Knobloch Strings S.L. and any person placing an order through www.knoblochstrings.com (hereinafter referred to as the “Customer”).
These Terms apply to all purchases made through the website and supersede any prior agreements between the parties unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing.
By placing an order through this website, the Customer confirms that:
- they are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
- they have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions
- the information provided during the purchase process is accurate and complete
If the Customer does not agree with these Terms, they should refrain from placing an order.
3. Products
Knobloch Strings offers guitar strings, strings for other musical instruments, and related accessories through its website.
We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, and images displayed on the website are accurate and up to date. However, product images are for illustrative purposes only, and minor variations in color, design, or packaging may occur without affecting the essential characteristics of the product.
All orders are subject to product availability.
If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, Knobloch Strings will inform the Customer as soon as possible and may offer one of the following options:
- replacement with a similar product
- waiting until the product becomes available again
- a full refund of the amount paid
Knobloch Strings reserves the right to modify, update, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
4. Prices
All prices displayed on www.knoblochstrings.com are shown in euros (EUR).
Unless otherwise stated, prices include applicable taxes in accordance with current regulations. However, the final price may vary depending on the destination country and any applicable taxes or import duties.
Shipping costs are not included in product prices and will be calculated during the checkout process and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Knobloch Strings reserves the right to change product prices at any time. However, products will be invoiced according to the price displayed at the time the order is confirmed.
In the unlikely event of an obvious pricing error, Knobloch Strings reserves the right to cancel the order and refund any amount paid.

All payment transactions are processed through secure payment providers. Knobloch Strings does not store sensitive payment card details.
Knobloch Strings reserves the right to cancel or suspend orders in cases of suspected fraud or unauthorized payment activity.
7. Shipping and Delivery
Knobloch Strings ships both domestically and internationally.
Orders are processed and handed over to the selected carrier as quickly as possible following payment confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, shipping method, and circumstances beyond our control, such as logistical delays or customs procedures.
Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, responsibility for the shipment lies with the carrier. However, Knobloch Strings will assist Customers whenever possible in the event of delivery issues.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout and displayed before the order is confirmed.
Orders may be shipped via courier services or postal services, depending on the option selected by the Customer.
Postal shipments may be delivered to P.O. Boxes, while courier services cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes.
All shipments include transport insurance.

8. Customs Duties and Taxes
For international shipments, the Customer may be subject to import duties, taxes, or customs fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are not included in the product price or shipping costs and are the sole responsibility of the Customer.
Knobloch Strings has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
If an international shipment is refused by the recipient or abandoned at customs or postal facilities, a refund cannot be issued until the package has been returned and received by Knobloch Strings.
9. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with European consumer protection regulations, Customers residing in the European Union have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days from the date the order is received, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, the Customer must notify Knobloch Strings S.L. by sending a clear statement via email to info@knoblochstrings.com.
The Customer must return the products within 14 days from the date the withdrawal is communicated.
Unless the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the cost of return shipping will be borne by the Customer.
Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and in perfect condition.
Knobloch Strings will issue a refund once the returned products have been received or proof of return has been provided.
10. Return Policy
Customers wishing to return a product must first request a Return Authorization by contacting info@knoblochstrings.com.
Return requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days.
Once the returned item has been received, processing of the return may take up to 5 additional business days.
10.1 Returns of Products in New Condition
Products may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are:
- unused
- in their original packaging
- in new condition
Customers may receive either:
- a refund, or
- store credit
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the Customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
10.2 Defective or Incorrect Products
If a Customer receives a defective or incorrect item, Knobloch Strings will provide:
- a full refund, or
- store credit
In such cases, Knobloch Strings will cover return shipping costs.
10.3 International Shipments
Packages that are refused by the recipient or abandoned at customs will not be eligible for a refund until the shipment has been returned to Knobloch Strings.
10.4 String Freshness Policy
All strings are stored in climate-controlled conditions, and stock is regularly rotated to maintain freshness.
For this reason, only unopened string sets may be returned within the 30-day return period.
10.5 String Breakage and Use
Strings are subject to constant tension and may break during normal use.
Returns will only be accepted if the strings show clear manufacturing defects under normal usage conditions.
Returns will not be accepted for:
- normal wear
- breakage caused by regular use
- intonation issues related to instrument compatibility
If strings break frequently, the instrument should be inspected by a qualified luthier, as imperfections in the instrument may cause premature breakage.
11. Warranty and Limitation of Liability
Products sold by Knobloch Strings S.L. are covered by the legal warranty applicable under current legislation.
If a product presents a manufacturing defect, Customers should contact info@knoblochstrings.com.
Knobloch Strings will evaluate each case and may offer:
- repair
- replacement
- refund
- store credit
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from:
- improper use
- normal wear and tear
- incorrect handling
- incompatibility with the instrument
- improper storage conditions
Knobloch Strings shall not be liable for indirect damages, financial losses, or consequential damages resulting from the use of its products.
In any case, the maximum liability of Knobloch Strings shall be limited to the amount paid for the product concerned.
12. Intellectual Property
